MOST HIGHLY ANTICIPATED BOOKS OF FALL 2020
I might be the worst when it comes to tbrs, but I LOVE making lists of upcoming books. And although fall/autumn is never a season that has the most epic books for me, I’m really excited about the books below.
Fall is a fantastic time to stay indoors and curl up with a book. A season with plenty rainy days. Which means lots of time for reading.
What’s on your fall tbr? Do we have any books in common?
Also, if you love to read romances, here are my most highly anticipated fall 2020 romance releases.

MOST HIGHLY ANTICIPATED BOOKS OF FALL 2020
Famine (The Four Horsemen, #3) by Laura Thalassa

They came to earth–Pestilence, War, Famine, Death–four horsemen riding their screaming steeds, racing to the corners of the world. Four horsemen with the power to destroy all of humanity. They came to earth, and they came to end us all.
Ana da Silva always assumed she’d die young, she just never expected it to be at the hands of Famine, the haunting immortal who once spared her life so many years ago. But if the horseman remembers her at all, he must not care, for when she comes face to face with him for the second time in her life, she’s stabbed and left for dead.
Only, she doesn’t quite die.
If there’s one thing Famine is good at, it’s cruelty. And how these blighted bastards deserve it. Try as he might, he can’t forget what they once did to him. But when Ana, a ghost from his past, corners him and promises pain for what he so recently did to her, she and her empty threats captivate him, and he decides to keep her around.
In spite of themselves, Ana and Famine are drawn to each other. But at the end of the day, the two are enemies. Nothing changes that. Not one kind act, not two. And definitely not a few steamy nights. But enemies or reluctant lovers, if they don’t stop themselves soon, heaven will.

MOST HIGHLY ANTICIPATED BOOKS OF FALL 2020
There are some awesome books on this list. Need to read all of them but they all sound phenomenal
right? my tbr grows every day 😀
There is definitely not enough time for all the books I want to read.
I absolutely want to read The Devil and the Dark Water in paperback but I’m trying to wait till its price drops (although I still have a voucher from Waterstones so I could choose this one) and I’m very curious about The Cousins too. As usual, you’re the first to tell me about a new CoHo novel. I really need to read instead of savour her titles or I’ll be so behind. Great list darling!
I love Waterstones special editions, but lately they haven’t offered many, which is not bad for my wallet, but I would buy them all 😀
Ever since I read and loved Regretting You I can’t wait for her to write more. Loved Heart Bones too – both were right up my alley.
I pretty much want to read all of these, too.
awww – love how many books we have in common 😀
let’s see how we like them….
We’re going to love them.
I haven’t heard of many of these, but they all look so intriguing! I have so many books I want to get to in the next few months, super overwhelmed!! Like can we just take a quick break from publishing anything and give me a chance to catch up, please!! 😂 Hope you get to all of these and love them! ♥
I have the same issues – lol. It’s hard to find the time for all the books on my tbr, and I add to it every week. It’s a never ending growing pile 😀
I’m super excited to read The Cousins!
She has a couple new releases on the calendar for next year that I can’t wait to read.
There’s more?!
oops, I mixed her up with Courtney Summers and Mindy McGinnis, they both have new books coming out at the beginning of 2021
I like them too! I will have to check it out!
What a great list! Definitely saving this. I can’t wait for Forever Wild!!
Same :D, I love Calla and Jonah so much
I want to read some Brandon Sanderson, but I don’t even know where to start haha.
oooh, I started with his Stormlight Archive and can only recommend it. It’s his most acclaimed series, although every book is 1000 pages long, but it’s EPIC fantasy.
Famine is the one on your list that I am the most excited for!
I can’t wait for you to read it 😀
SO many great ones here. Layla is on my list!
It’s a bit out of my comfort zone but I’ve been loving her writing recently and I’m excited!
I’ve had Layla sitting on my kindle for a while now. haha I need to start it soon, but I’m excited for it.
Sometimes ARCs sit on my kindle way too long too, it’s all about being a mood reader 😀 Enjoy it when you get to it!
Awesome list Corina. The cousins sounds really good!
thank you and yes they do 😀
Great list! Layla is very intriguing and The Cousins sound good too.
I can’t wait to read either – both books sound very interesting.
with the exception to one, none of these are on my TBR/list but only because most are for series I haven’t started yet!! though I don’t know how I missed the READY PLAYER ONE sequel? I didn’t think it was out until next year. – H
I hear you, there are so many series out there I either have wanted to read or heard about it but sometimes I just don’t want to start something that can’t be finished in one book.
Yeah, I’m a bit nervous about the sequel for Ready Player One, because some sequels should never have been written – 🙈 – and I really hope this one is not one of them 😀
I get that completely! I have years worth of unread ARCS lol
