Eve Brown is a certified hot mess. No matter how hard she strives to do right, her life always goes horribly wrong—so she’s given up trying. But when her personal brand of chaos ruins an expensive wedding (someone had to liberate those poor doves), her parents draw the line. It’s time for Eve to grow up and prove herself—even though she’s not entirely sure how…
Jacob Wayne is in control. Always. The bed and breakfast owner’s on a mission to dominate the hospitality industry—and he expects nothing less than perfection. So when a purple-haired tornado of a woman turns up out of the blue to interview for his open chef position, he tells her the brutal truth: not a chance in hell. Then she hits him with her car—supposedly by accident. Yeah, right.
Now his arm is broken, his B&B is understaffed, and the dangerously unpredictable Eve is fluttering around, trying to help. Before long, she’s infiltrated his work, his kitchen—and his spare bedroom. Jacob hates everything about it. Or rather, he should. Sunny, chaotic Eve is his natural-born nemesis, but the longer these two enemies spend in close quarters, the more their animosity turns into something else. Like Eve, the heat between them is impossible to ignore—and it’s melting Jacob’s frosty exterior.

BOOK REVIEW
MY THOUGHTS
Act Your Age, Eve Brown was a very satisfying conclusion to this series about the Brown sisters. Dani Brown is still my favorite Brown sister, but Eve’s story was sweet and I loved the Autism aspect of it.
The opposite attract between Jacob and Eve was really well done, they were the complete opposites, but were drawn to each other and were so cute together. Both were great characters, charming, and together they were very sweet, and made it work. I also was told that the sunshine/grump couple is a new trope in romance, and I’m here for it.
Also, Talia Hibbert writes some awesome STEAM. I don’t know why I’m always surprised by it, but it catches me off guard ever single time – lol. So yes, the book is SEXY! And I mean it!!!!!
As expected, the humor was on point. And I really enjoyed the comebacks and snark that came from both, Eve and Jacob. Also, the author gave me some Brown family time, including all the couples, which was a great way to finish up this final ‘The Brown Sisters’ novel.
All in all Act Your Age, Eve Brown was a very satisfying romance, and a really great audiobook performance.

Act Your Age, Eve Brown by Talia Hibbert | AUDIOBOOK REVIEW
I need to give this author another shot. I liked Chloe’s book, but didn’t love it. Maybe this one would be better for me. Great review!
I must admit that the audiobooks are what makes this series enjoyable for me. Sometimes the audiobook is really what brings the book to life.
Maybe I will try the next 2 that way.
I really need to read this series!! I definitely enjoy the sunshine/grump couples!!
I didn’t even know that there was a sunshine/grump trope, and now I want to read more -lo
Great review, I am curious about the Autism aspect, and hey those Dove deserve to be free… lol
The autism aspect was unexpected but very well done.
I really adore Chloe Brown and I can’t wait to read them next two books in the trilogy!
